By focusing on non-habit-forming treatments, I help patients achieve long-term stability and consistent symptom relief without dependency risks or the "rebound" effects common with stimulants and benzodiazepines.

Lasting wellness builds on two complementary pillars: targeted medical management and psychotherapeutic support. My focus is optimizing the medical aspect of your psychiatric care. While we work together on medication strategy, I encourage working with a separate therapist to ensure a well-rounded foundation for health.
